Structure and Function

Base Layer: Food-grade paper

Function: Provides structural rigidity and serves as a printing base.

Layer 1: Aluminum foil

High barrier properties, locks in freshness, prevents odor transfer, and imparts a metallic sheen.

Layer 2:

PE coating, food-grade

Function: Acts as an adhesive between the aluminum foil and paper, while also providing oil and water resistance and low-temperature resistance.

Functional Layers

White film is typically applied to the aluminum foil surface to prevent printing difficulties during long-term sea transport. Water-based inks are used for printing, ensuring environmentally friendly and high-quality prints for optimal product display.

Roll weight: 100-110g, customizable to customer needs. Combines flexibility and stiffness for easy tapering.
